Help... Has anyone seen my sweet 5 year old???

I think Ella warped from being the sweetest 4 year old on the planet to this 5 year old that acts more like a sulking preteen girl. I swear this girl tries my patients, she ignores me until I have to raise my voice at her, she thinks half of her clothes are ugly and starts sobbing because she thinks I did her hair funny. What do I do? I have to yell at her to get her to do anything I ask and she is down right rude to her Dad. Her Brats are in permanent timeout and her Barbies are in time out so much that she scarcely sees them; what am I going to have to resort to next, something below the belt like she can't play with her best friend Paris... That will sure send her over the edge.
I do have a couple new pics to put up. That being said some days I just do things to Bryan just to see his reaction. I guess I do it out of boredom... Well this pic that I am going to post is one of those occasions. I got Ella all dolled up, nails done, hair all curled, dressed up and the icing on the cake bright red lips! She kind of looked like those poor little pageant girls. It kind of back fired on me cuz now she wants to wear the red lipstick... "Mommy can I wear that lipstick to the store" or "Mommy can I wear it to Grandma's"

Too Tired to Come Up With a Title

Ok, where did I go wrong....
Brooklynn now thinks she needs to get up every other hour! So the last couple of days I've let her cry; well she showed me... when I would let her cry herself back to sleep she would wake up every stinkin thirty minutes. This is a battle of the wills and I'm afraid my will is very very weak. Also she no longer eats baby food... about three weeks ago I gave her a taste of a cracker and now she won't eat anything but real food. Brook has found a love of bread (she takes after me in more than just her looks now) and had her first taste of corn; she loved it! The other week I took her to lunch with my friend Kerri; we went to one of our favs Z'tejas. Of course they give the yummiest corn bread. Brooklynn loved it so much and ate it so fast that she puked all over.

Let me start off this rant with a little history... Bryan took all the stuff we had in the basement and put it all in our cold storage so we could have our dry wall done. That being said Bryan, bless his heart, jam packed with zero organization the cold storage. I have been asking, no begging him to pull my pre-pregnancy clothes out of there, big surprise he never got around to it. Finally I got so frustrated with holding my pants up and missing my favorite overpriced jeans that I went down to the cold storage...that doesn't have a light... to find my bin of clothes out of 25 bins of books, baby clothes and other crap I haven't seen in a long long time. Anyways I spent a good 30 minutes, throwing bins around, cursing and falling over crap that was covered in sheet rock dust. I found the bin... Oh it was Christmas!! Thanks to Bryan who put them under 75 lbs of books!

Wasatch Back

So I have mentioned Wasatch Back a couple of times but I am sure some of you have zero clue why I am freakin out so badly. For my own benefit and excuse let me remind all of you that I just had a baby 9 months ago!

Think of it as a 178-mile party with 12 best friends. Teams of 12 will rock out to live bands, enjoy the wacky participant costumes, and make life-long friends with teammates and competitors. Teams will party along the backside of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains from Logan (85 miles north of Salt Lake City) to Park City, Utah (15 miles east of Salt Lake City). Running three legs during a 24-hour relay race is much easier than you think. Each team member runs three legs, ranging between 3 and 8 miles. This relay race is physically demanding, but legs vary in difficulty, and runners can choose their legs. This unique relay format makes the Wasatch Back an accessible race for beginners yet challenging enough for the most competitive.
I run a total of like 16.5 miles.
I would like to take this opportunity to address Kerri Dawn ie: Wonderbread. I will be run/walking with her in the days of 47 10k. Kerri I don't care how long you will take to finish it I will be right be your side, It will be so much fun to rock out to NKOTBand tease you about turning thirty before me!! I love you Kerri!
Speaking of turning thirty... I signed up for The Other Half marathon in October. They asked how old I would be the day of the race... 30... total bummer!!!

Oh Seriously

I am so behind on writing, I feel like I have zero time for anything anymore. Wasatch Back is a little over four weeks away and any free time I have goes to training for that.

Race for a Cure was almost two weeks ago; it was so crowded I am so surprised I found anyone there. The first pic is of my very good friend Kerri and her Mommy Jeanie. We ran for Jeanie's Jugs. One of my favorite things is reading peoples tee shirts. My fav this year was this chic that was a survivor (that had very big ta-ta's) her shirt read reconstruction rocks! In all seriousness it is so scary to see how many pink shirts you see. My cross the street neighbor was just diagnosed with breast cancer that Monday before the race.

I ran the race in 32 minutes, three minutes slower than before I had Brooklynn. Oh well at least I didn't have to walk! Kerri is going to run it with me next year. I want to thank Bryan for being my support for the race. He drove, held all my crap and took photos! My dear oldest child told me that she would rather stay with Granny and Jordan than go hang out and watch the race. I was bummed.

I Miss Sleep!!!

Holly Crap! If I don't start getting more sleep I think I'm going to lose it! Brooklynn must be getting another tooth because I was up with her at midnight, two, four and five-forty. Ella had a nightmare at eleven. I could cry I am so tired! I haven't ran in over a week now and Wasatch Back is in seven weeks, what am I going to do? I need to do some major training!
Bryan has drill this weekend; I hate drill! The only good thing about drill is that he has to run on Saturday. The new Commander implemented drill PT, that makes me very happy. Not that I want to see Bryan suffer but it's good for him.
Well I better get back to work.
